In 1995 Angelina Jolie wore a long hinged ring and soon they popped up in Hot Topic and various other stores. I snatched one up because I wanted one, but it really was quite hideous. Nothing like the sexy one that Angelina wore. It was the only one I could find though so I went for it. Did I mention it was uncomfortable. It was. I still have it. Anyhoo, I recently came across another one that is pretty fabulous. Ridiculously over priced, this Pamela Love Double Cage Ring retails for $414 at Bonadrag.com. Also, this oxidized sterling silver hinged ring only comes in a size 6. It wouldn't fit on any of my fingers even if I wanted to drop 4 notes, but idn't it fabulous! Can we all start bringing back long hinged rings? Someone please find me one under $50.
