There seems to be a lot of red on the red carpet today for the 2009 Emmys. A risky move considering choosing a crimson shade when your backdrop is red will make you disappear, overdose the audience's eye or make you seem huge, but it seems Debra Messing is pulling it off nicely. Besides once you are inside the Nokia Theater it won't matter anymore.
