Anne Hathaway Wears Lela Rose

My ultimate favorite part of my job is seeking out beautiful outfits. Yes, creating them is a huge love of mine, but just looking at one brings me joy. Last week at Variety’s 1st Annual Power of Women Luncheon in Beverly Hills Anne Hathaway was the focus of my attention when I spotted her in this strapless apricot frock by Lela Rose. This is just one of the outfits this month that will ditch the usual fall colors for a bold color. With global warming and fashion rules losing it’s power fashion is becoming more and more mood oriented as well as utilitarian. I know black is slimming, blah-blah, but this year if you are wearing black it better be funk-ey. Otherwise bold is beautiful in an orange or yellow dress. p.s. If I was Anne Hathaway would have chosen a different colored Jimmy Choo, probably a metallic one…
