Blazers for women need stretch. Besides the added comfort of a stretch blazer, women’s bodies and breasts vary so much that in order for one blazer to fit many women, it has to stretch. After sporting a stretch blazer, I can no longer go back to the structured blazer — and neither can most of my clients. And we don’t have to. The stretch blazer selection right now is at its best. Drool worthy even.
1901 Stretch Wool Blend Sweater Blazer – In Navy

This 1901 Stretch Wool Blend Sweater Blazer is killing it. The fit is fantastically flattering for bustier (and not so busty) women, and the color is a rich versatile navy. You can wear it casually or for work.
Sizing Tip: Runs a bit big and is super stretchy. Order one size down.
1901 Stretch Wool Blend Sweater Blazer – In Burgundy

I love this 1901 Stretch Wool Blend Sweater Blazer so much that I had to feature all its colors, as you will notice. This red has a hint of burgundy, so it should work with many skin tones that often can’t wear red.
Sizing Tip: Runs a bit big and is super stretchy. Order one size down.
1901 Stretch Wool Blend Sweater Blazer – In Grey

And here is the 1901 Stretch Wool Blend Sweater Blazer one more time in grey. It’s a beautiful lighter charcoal grey that pairs well with light grey, black, burgundy, plum, and ivory.
Sizing Tip: Runs a bit big and is super stretchy. Order one size down.

Rag & Bone Slade Blazer

This Rag & Bone Slade Blazer is utterly amazing. I put this on a few clients a year or more ago, and can’t believe I have the opportunity to do so again. It is one of my all-time favorite jackets for its versatility, fit, and edgy sophistication. This stretch blazer is available at Nordstrom, Rag & Bone, and Saks 5th Avenue.
Sizing Tip: Runs true to size, but I recommend ordering your usual size, plus one size up to compare fits.
Rag & Bone Lexington Wool Blazer

Sizing Tip: Runs true to size, but I recommend ordering your usual size, plus one size up to compare fits.
1.State Twilight Plaid Blazer

This printed 1.State Twilight Plaid Blazer is extremely versatile. You can pair it with navy, grey, and black — this is quite the feat. But I will say this blazer has the least amount of stretch on my stretch blazer list.
J.Crew Sophie Open-Front Sweater-Blazer

1.State One-Button Stretch Blazer

This 1.State One-Button Stretch Crepe Blazer is a more professional looking blazer, and looks best buttoned. It is available at Nordstrom and Macy’s.
Rag & Bone Slade Wool Blazer

This is the Rag & Bone Slade Wool Blazer in the camel. It is insanely hard to find a good camel coat, let alone a camel blazer. My clients and I are bonkers over this perfect shade of tan.
