I may not be a Nicole Richie fan, but I certainly love her inclination for Art Deco inspired fashions. This month, I couldn’t take my eyes off this Lorena Sarbu gown. The elongated triangles in their pink and metallic glory made me feel like a baby bird. (Baby birds like shiny things, no?)
I also loved the light pink base of the perfectly fitted dress as it contrasted well with her brown skin, giving the sparkling madness a wonderful canvas. Richie accessorized the party dress with a clutch and jewels from her own line, House of Harlow, which is often shouting an Art Deco influence. She may be thin, but her taste has weight. Brava to a look well done.
